We offer a world-wide full service for our autoclaves and freeze dryers which includes the following:

  • Delivery, installation and training
  • Maintenance and service
  • Calibration with DKD-approved measuring instruments
  • Validation according to the accepted guidelines
  • Qualification DQ / IQ / OQ / PQ according to cGMP guidelines
  • Customer-specific process development and optimization
  • Sterilization and freeze drying for customers in our own application laboratory

Technical questions regarding operation and process technology are answered by our technical service hotline. If necessary we can send a service technician within 24 hours.

Ordered spare parts are packed and shipped immediately. Usually the required parts reach our customers the next day.
