Conditioning plants up to 6m³ chamber volume

Conditioning of polyamide plastics with steam. The water absorption changes positively the properties of polyamide parts. Components can be assembled immediately after the conditioning process. Conditioning results in a high quality of the products. The vacuum-steam process ensures that the moisture penetrates quickly and evenly into the pores of the plastic. The storage costs as well as the throughput times in the entire production process are reduced.

  • Short process times that ensure a high degree of variability in production
  • Compact design / Stand-Alone Unit
  • Defined moisture increase
  • Chamber dimensions adapted to KLT containers

Technical Highlights

  1. Conditioning of polyamide plastics with steam
The water absorption changes the properties of polyamide parts positively – Great importance in the usability of the components e.g. during assembly
Conditioning ensures a high quality of the products
The vacuum-steam process ensures that the moisture penetrates quickly and evenly into the pores of the plastic.
  2. Dry and stain-free removal of the products
Optimized process through vacuum and feed of saturated steam
Temperature and pressure sensors ensure optimum control of the conditioning parameters
The surface drying of the products is done by an integrated vacuum pump
Variable process parameters provide for product-specific programs, e.g. to avoid staining
  3. Flexible loading and unloading systems with connection to customer management system
Automatic loading and unloading system linked e.g. with an ERP system
Ergonomic, manual loading, e.g. possible through pull-out shelves
